Operation ReRoof Giveaway Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Operation ReRoof Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are military veterans, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Invictus Companies, LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 9/1/23 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on 10/31/23 at 11:59 PM CST (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.

3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, eligible participants can enter the Sweepstakes by visiting www.operationreroof.com, completing the online entry form, and providing the required information, including full name, email address, phone number, physical address and military service details. Limit one (1) entry per person.

4. Prize: One (1) winner will be selected by the Sponsor from all eligible entries received. The winner will receive a free roof replacement valued up to $10,000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected the Sponsor on or about 11/11/23. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification: The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within three (3) days of the drawing date. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Use of Contact Information: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree that their contact information, including email address and phone number, may be used by the Sponsor for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants may receive marketing communications related to Invictus Roofing and Solar’s products, services, and promotions. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the communications.

8. Publicity: Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, voice, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. Participants further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes.

11. Governing Law: The Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
